President

Mike has been in the home building business as long as he can remember it seems. Along with being a quality craftsman, Mike's second love is music.  He started playing guitar at an early age and soon found himself in a recording studio playing tracks for major entertainers.  One entertainer he enjoys talking about is BJ Thomas.  He was the lead guitarist for BJ for many years.  Mike is also an accomplished pianist.  When Mike isn't building precision homes, he is in his studio at home doing the next best thing he loves.  Mike is licensed in North Carolina (license # 86429) and South Carolina (license # 124503) as a general contractor and has built many beautiful  homes during his 30 year career. 

Mike attended some of the finest music schools on the east coast including North Carolina School of the Arts, and Florida State University, and Brevard Music Center for repertoire training.

2014-2015 Relocation to New Hanover County. Attend classes for certification as Broker In Charge. Now eligible for BIC. 2007-2013: Development of Crystal Ridge on the South Fork of the New River, West Jefferson, NC. and construction of homes 2003-2006: (Winter Season) Site sales at Cedar Hamock, Naples, FL, for Lennar Homes/ US Homes . 1986: Formed Olde Towne Realty and Construction in Swansboro, NC. General Real Estate, Property Management . Construction side of the business included acquisition and development & construction of single family waterfront communities through 2007. Olde Towne Realty and Construction included Residential and Commercial property management, maintenance, upfit, remodel, repair & new construction. 1983-85: Division Manager of Offsite Marketing and Sales for Belvedere Plantation Golf and Yacht Community on the Intracoastal Waterway in Hampstead, NC, and Woodlake Country Club in Moore County North Carolina. 1982-83: Special Projects Director for The Inns of Waterville Valley in New Hampshire, home of the US Olympic Women’s Ski Team and home of the World Down Hill and Giant Slalom Team. Dennis R. Musser is a native of Eastern North Carolina, but has also lived and worked in South Carolina, Florida, Virginia and Maryland. He is a 1971 graduate of North Carolina State University, Bachelor of Science Degree with a textile Technology Major. He worked in research/development/marketing. In 1979, he obtained his Real Estate License in North Carolina and South Carolina and began his real estate career as an On-Site Sales Manager for a waterfront condominium developer in the Morehead City, NC market. In 1983 he relocated to Wilmington, NC to assist family members in the Lease, Purchase and Development of a restaurant property on Market Street. Dennis began his career in Commercial and Investment Real Estate marketing, development, sales, leasing and property management in 1985, based in Wilmington, NC. He became the General Manager for the oldest full service Commercial Real Estate Firm in the region. Since 2000, Dennis has worked with, and consulted multiple Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firms and Residential Real Estate Brokerage Firms in the Marketing and sales of commercial investment properties. Dennis has always been a member of both the Residential and Commercial Multiple Listing Services. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors and as Past-President on the Board of Directors of the Southeastern North Carolina Realtors Commercial Alliance. He has managed to rank in the region's top ten percent in commercial and investment sales experience while devoting most of his time to management and consulting.
